Links Market
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Kirkcaldy Links Market is Europe's longest street fair[citation needed][dubious — see talk page].
Established in 1304, the annual 5-day event attracts hundreds of thousands of people to Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland. The Links Market is held along the town's seafront — still one of the longest developed seafronts in Europe.
2004 was the 700th anniversary of the event, and there were a number of events held to celebrate.
