As of 2005, Line C is the only North-South line in the subte system. It connects the two main train stations in the downtown area, and is often used by commuters who have used trains or other subte lines and need to cover the last few blocks to their work.
Moreno station is located close to the Ministry of Communications tower.
Lavalle station provides access to the two pedestrian streets: Lavalle and Florida.
