Lindsay Annette Archer, born June 13, 1976 in the United States, is a fantasy artist and illustrator. She also goes by the simplified spelling Linz, and signs all her work by that spelling.

Practicing art from an early age, she eventually went on to attend the Art Institute of Atlanta and studied Computer Animation. She interned with Cartoon Network during college and worked with the Primal Screen division. She graduated with Honors.

In 1998 she was the primary illustrator for Legendmaker. She became an art teacher following college, but soon returned to her oils and watercolors.

In 2003 she co-founded a printing company, Prints and the Pauper.

Currently she is working with a number of publishers on upcoming releases.

Lindsay resides with her husband in the Macon, Georgia area.
