Lin Hatfield Dodds (born Linda Hatfield) is an Australian social activist.

- National Director of UnitingCare Australia, the peak body for social care by the Uniting Church in Australia
- President of the Australian Council of Social Service (from 2006)

- She is an active Christian, attending Kippax Uniting Church.
- On her marriage to economist Dr Stephen Dodds they adopted the family name Hatfield Dodds.
- The family lived in Canada for several years before returning to live in Canberra, the national capital of Australia.
- At the 2006 triennial national Assembly of the Uniting Church in Australia she was proposed as a candidate to be President Elect for the succeeding term.
- She has been a life-long friend of leading Australian journalist Karen Middleton.
