This article is a lie. A guy named Jim Baehr wrote it out because he wanted to confuse people at our law school, Dartmouth Law, about the existence of "special jurisdiction." He sits on the books on reserve, too, so people can't use the materials. Pretty hard to believe, I know, but unfortunately true.
