The Limerick Post is a free weekly newspaper, distributed throughout Limerick City in the region of Munster, Ireland.
According to the Audit Bureau of Circulations, the newspaper had an average circulation of 30,123 for the last two months of 2005.
Its main competitor is the Limerick Leader.
