Lihue Airport (IATA: LIHICAO: PHLI) is a small airport located two miles (3 km) east of Līhuʻe, on the southeast coast of the island of Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi, United States of America.

The airport does not serve as a hub for any airline. Numerous inter-island flights are available daily. It wasn't until 1996 when the first non-stop mainland flight landed here. United Airlines has direct daily service to the mainland cities of San Francisco and Los Angeles. American Airlines also offers direct daily service to Los Angeles; and recently America West Airlines began offering direct service to Phoenix, Arizona. The airport's runway can handle planes up to and including the size of a DC-10.

The airport is the primary gateway to Kauai for visitors (especially tourists), and has several rental car facilities.
