Include the following text in your page, the first line is Spent years, the second is Months, the third is Days, the fourth is Hours, the last line is To go some day. You can't skip lines, they have to be empty at least. You can add as much flags as you want to every line, and you just have to put one of their names in there or their international abbreviation. For example both {{flag|USA}} {{flag|US}} or {{flag|United States}} will display  USA.

It will give the following result:
