[edit] Charts and Sales

The album debuted at number one in the ARIA albums chart the week after release. It gradually dropped down in the chart, but steeply rose into the top ten again in May 2006, reaching a secondary peak at number seven. The album was certified 3X platinum by ARIA with sales of 210,000+.

The Lift album was reissued on 25 September 2006 with a bonus DVD featuring the music video for the four singles released from the album and a 20-minute documentary where Shannon discusses the filming of the music videos and offers his own distinctive commentary during the playback of each video. The reissue of Lift has seen the album bullet back up the ARIA album charts.
