Libby Folfax

Liberty "Libby" Danielle Elizabeth Folfax (born December 10) is the best friend of Cindy Vortex, on the Television show, The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron.
Libby, (voiced by Crystal Scales) was often referred to as "The Music Lover" and "Cindy's Best Friend", until the episode "Beach Party Mummy", when she really came out of her shell, as well as changing her look.
Libby loves music and experiences withdrawal when not constantly exposed. She is pretty intellectual, loves electronic gadgets, and is of African-American descent. One of her ancestors is the Egyptian Queen Hazabataslapya (pronounced "HAWS-uh-bot-uh-SLAWP-yuh), as seen in the episode Beach Party Mummy, where she received a brand-new makeover to look like the Queen.
Libby is 11 years old.
Libby can play the piano as seen in My Big Fat Spy Wedding and "Vanishing Act". She is also is able to play the Keytar, as shown in Lights! Camera! Danger!.
Libby mostly returns Sheen's affections, but only when he's not annoying her with his overbearing mentions of Ultralord and his occasional flirting. She does appear to care for him at least to a certain extent.
Libby sometimes joins Cindy in teasing Jimmy, but she has full knowledge that Cindy and Jimmy like each other. (She may very well be the first to have noticed.)
Her family includes her father, mother, and little brother (who appeared in the Father's Day episode, Make Room for Daddy-O as the legs in the magic trick).
In the episode The N Men, Libby was putting on zit-vanishing cream when the ship went through the VanPatten rays. She then became Invisible Sister, with the power to become invisible, create force fields, and make other people invisible. In The League of Villains, Libby accidentally gets Carl's superpower packet and becomes Burp Boy for a short time.
Libby and Cindy Vortex won a 1st place trophy for "riverstomp" dancing {a pardody of Riverdance at School; Jimmy, Carl and Sheen almost beat the girls with Jimmy's electric instruments but at the last second the boys destroyed the instruments in a jealus rage-they won a 8th place out of 7 contest places!! trophy-our

- In The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2, Libby can be seen playing the game from Ultra Sheen in the background.
- Libby and Nick Dean were originally supposed to be related.
- In Journey to the Center of Carl, Libby's mom tried to cure her by holding a wasp in a jar up to her forehead.
- In The Science Fair Affair, Libby designed a machine that plays different music depending on your mood. This shows that Libby may be as scientifically gifted as Cindy.
- Until the episode Beach Party Mummy, Libby had a hairstyle in which her her hair covers her left eye and is tied up in a bun in the back. However, when she had to dress up as a queen to stop three undead mummies, she found that she liked the hairstyle. From then on, she wore her hair like the queen, with a bunch of braids.
