Liao Xingwen (寥行文, Liáo Xíngwén, born February 1994) is a professional Go player.

Liao began playing Go at the age of 5. He became a disciple of Liu Yajie and Wang Hongjun at the time. In December of 1999, he entered a Go tournament in his hometown of Guilin and was given the rank of 2 dan amateur. He also played a game soon thereafter against one of his teachers, Wang Hongjun 7p. Liao was given a thirty-five and a half point handicap and went on to win by two and a half points. At the Mind Sports Open in August of 2000, he turned many heads by beating the strongest computer Go opponent, Go++. He was also said to be a 4 dan amateur at the time. Since Liao's teacher's had nothing more to teach him, they sent him to Nie Weiping's go school in Beijing in 2002. In August of 2005, Liao won the U-12 section of the World Youth Go Championship held in Barcelona. A year later, in July of 2006, Liao passed the professional exam at the Zhongguo Qiyuan with a score of 10 wins out of 13. He was 12 years and 5 months at the time, becoming the 5th youngest professional ever, and the youngest Chinese professional.
