Lianna Fowler is an English fashion model from Derby and the winner of Cycle 2 of Britain's Next Top Model in 2006.

Before the show, Lianna had aspirations of working as a police officer. This actually jeopardized her chances of winning when two other girls in the competition, Jasmia Robinson and Amber Niemann, told the show's host Lisa Snowdon that Lianna didn't really care for modeling and was only doing it as a side job until she would be able to work with the police force. Lianna later told Lisa in a one-on-one interview that becoming a police officer was a back up plan and she never wanted to do that over modeling. That week, Lianna was in the final two with another girl, Sarah Butler, who was later eliminated because Jasmia and Amber had said she would have preferred to be a designer instead of a model (during their interviews with the host and main judge on the panel). Lianna made it to the final two with Abigail Clancy, fellow model-wannabe, but managed to steal the judges' hearts when she cried passionately about her last photoshoot, where the judges had said she looked amazing.

Lianna has since modelled for Toni & Guy, L.A StarStyle and appeared in Company magazine, as well as gracing the cover. She is the 'face' of the new Ford Fiesta.
