Liam Francis Xavier Pickering (born November 9, 1968) is a former Australian rules footballer in the VFL/AFL.

He played for the Geelong Football Club and North Melbourne Football Club. He played 102 games with Geelong from 1993-1999, before his retirement from AFL football. Birthdate: September 9, 1968

He currently co-hosts a Saturday-morning radio show with Mark Allen called Saturday Spotlight on Melbourne station SEN 1116. He is also a player manager for many AFL players. Pickering is also currently captain/coach of Melbourne suburban cricket club Washington Park. He plays alongside modern day suburban cricketing legends such as David Machin and Andrew Jewell. Pickering made 10 on the weekend.
