I graduated with a B.S. in computer science (theory track) and mathematics from Columbia University in New York City in 2006. Currently, I am a software engineer in the MS Office Division of Microsoft Corporation (Redmond, WA). I have deferred graduate (Ph.D.) admissions in computer science to [[UCSC] (Santa Cruz, CA) until Fall 2008.

My primary interests in computer science are machine learning, quantum computation, computational learning theory, information/coding theory, and statistical NLP.

My primary interests in mathematics are combinatorics and computational linear algebra.

Previously, I have worked as a teaching assistant for the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Mathematics at Columbia University.

In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, puzzles, trivia, reading, console (XBox 360) and PC video games, and recreational mathematics.

I am a regular contributor to Wikipedia. In general, I assist in the editting and writing on the math, computer science, and general theory articles.
