The Leyland hundred, or Leylandshire, was a hundred of the English county of Lancashire. It covered Brindle, Chorley, Croston, Eccleston, Leyland, Penwortham and Standish.

In the Domesday Book it was recorded as 'Lailond' hundred in Cheshire.
