LetterWise
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
LetterWise is an input method developed for handheld devices by Eatoni Ergonomics. It is possibly the simplest text entry system for keypads on handheld devices. It is even simpler to use than multi-tap. The users manual is one sentence: "Hit the key with the letter you want, if it doesn't come up, hit Next until it does."
Unlike multi-tap, LetterWise does not require a timeout or timeout kill, and requires about 1/2 as many keystrokes as multi-tap. It is billed as a predictive text for people who dislike predictive text.
