The lyrics pay tribute to Geri Halliwell, who left the band in May 1998, but not the same way as they did in their worldwide success, "Goodbye". They talk about how their love will lead the way for her, and why she chose to take this path.
The songs were never released in the United States, which was not a very logical move, sending the album nowhere on the charts, and ultimately peaking at number thirty-nine on the Billboard 200. Despite becoming a number one song in the United Kingdom, the album couldn't go to number one, peaking at two, and dropping into the low Top 20 the following week.
Subsequently, there had been talk about releasing a third single from the album ("Tell Me Why"), but the group questioned their future together, and decided that it would be better not to. It was finally time for the Spice Girls to go their separate ways.
