Is this the same as Leslie R. Mitchell of The Scout Association, who was awarded the Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting in 1978? Chris 02:28, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
