Les Gock

Les Gock originally became famous through joining the Australian band Hush in 1971. As well as being a guitarist, Les was also a writer and co-producer, occupations that earned him 12 Gold Awards. After leaving Hush, Les became a successful music and sound design director in film and television soundtracks. Since that time Les has earned major awards for music excellence, including Gold Clios, Facts Awards, and New York International Advertising Festival Awards.

Les' reputation as a successful entrepreneur and businessman has been demonstrated through the ongoing development of his company, Song Zu and by the expansion of Song Zu's client base to incorporate not only Australia but also New Zealand, South East Asia, the USA and Great Britain. More recently, Les was the Chairman of the Australasian Writers and Art Directors Association (AWARD).

Les is currently Chairman of the Commercial Music Producers Association (CMPA).
