The discovery of a suspended animation capsule containing an unknown sleeping boy at the beach of one of Vinea's oceans and Khany's disappearance lead Yoko and Poky into a submerged Vinean city which is ruled by a despotic queen, Hégora. Only a strange male called Archangel helps the two girls through. A silent battle for the city's population is raging between the queen and the Archangels, and Yoko finds herself once again a central figure in the struggle.
