Leon Harris

Leon Harris is a former anchor for CNN. He now works for ABC-7/WJLA-TV in Washington, DC, USA.
Harris graduated cum laude from Ohio University, majoring in communications. He has received numerous awards, including several Emmy Awards for his coverage of the 2000 presidential election, the Oklahoma City bombing and the September 11th attacks. More recently, he received the 2006 local Emmy award for Best Anchor[1].
He currently lives in Avenel, Potomac, MD with his wife, Dawn and two children, Darren and Lauren.
