Lemon Tree Passage is a town in the Hunter Valley Region of New South Wales, Australia, in Port Stephens Shire. It is located approximately one hour from Newcastle.
It is located at the end of the Tilligherry Peninsula, surrounded by the waters of Port Stephens. It is a haven for koalas due in part to it being densely wooded and in part to the care taken by locals to minimise any adverse impact on the koala community. The town has the usual amenities and a small marina. The local industry is oyster farming. There is no pub, however the local bowling club has reasonable meals and cold ale.
