Leichlingen

Leichlingen is a town in the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. As of 2004 it has a population of 27,524.
At Leichlingen, there are two transmission towers: a guyed mast and a telecommunication tower built of reinforced concrete.The concrete tower was decommissioned in about 2002. Leichlingen is a centre for apple and berry growing in the region.
