Lehmber Hussainpuri is a popular bhangra singer. Lehmber first burst onto the mainstream bhangra scene through a collaboration with Dr. Zeus on the album entitled Unda The Influence. This album was a success with both traditional and modern bhangra fans with such hits as Aah Ni Kuriye, Mele Vich Jatt and Tin Cheeja. From there, Lehmber branched off, being featured on a countless number of DJ and mix albums. Other notable tracks include Gabroo Shakeen, Yaar, Daru and a notable appearance on the world-wide smash-hit DesiRock by Swami. An underground mixtape entitled The Don was later put out with several Lehmber tracks, many of which became hits. An unofficial compilation entitled The Best of Lehmber Hussainpuri was also released around this time.
Lembher, in a relatively short time, has become one of the greatest punjabi singers of all time. He has many hit tracks on his own albums as well as on appearances on albums with Dr. Zeus, Aman Hayer, Simon Nandrha, RDB, DJ Sanj, Lil Sach and many others.
Lembher is now signed to Serious Records in the UK. His first album with them was released in Summer 2006 and contained tracks produced by Jeeti, Kam Frantik and Aman Hayer.
In a recent attempt Envyroma, the former label which Lehmber was signed to, released a new album entitled "21 Century King of Bhangra" featuring 3 new tracks and all of Hussainpuri's hit tracks from his Envyroma days. In response to this Lehmber released a video asking people not to buy the album and to only buy his albums which have been released by Serious Records. It has been stated that this is an attempt by Envyroma to get money back from Lehmber after he released Folk Attack early in India without their permission.
On October 12, 2006 Lehmber's new CD was released titled Chalykian. Production by Kam Frantic, Aman Hayer, and Jeeti.
