Legs XI

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Legs XI (named for the bingo call) is the name given to a session of 'demo' songs recorded by The Libertines in 1999, prior to their being signed and gaining worldwide acclaim. The songs are more influenced by 60s pop songs than the bands earlier work and feature jazz and swing influenced guitars and drums. Early versions of Music when the lights go out and France from the band's second album The Libertines.
