The Legislative Districts of Ilocos Sur, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the Province of Ilocos Sur in the Philippine House of Representatives. Ilocos Sur was divided into three congressional districts from 1907 until 1919, when it was reduced to two congressional districts with the creation of Abra as a separate province from Ilocos Sur. It was part of the representation of Region I from 1978 to 1984, and from 1984 to 1986 it elected 2 assemblymen at-large.
