Left was released on June 19th 2006 by the band Hope Of The States. It has been released on CD, and there is also a limited edition of the album out on a double 10" vinyl. The album was preceded by the single Sing it Out which got to no.39 in the singles charts. The album itself reached #50 on the UK album charts on its initial release.

This album is the Hope of the States second album and features slightly more accessible and guitar orientated tracks than in the debut The Lost Riots.
