Ledgewood Mall

Ledgewood Mall is a single-level shopping mall located in the Ledgewood area of Roxbury Township, New Jersey. It is anchored by Ashley Furniture (41,806 ft²), Barnes & Noble (12,500 ft², located outside the mall), Circuit City (29,019 ft²), Macy's (74,815 ft²), Marshalls (37,245 ft²), Sports Authority (52,205 ft², located in strip center outside the mall), and Wal-Mart (120,570 ft²). The mall has a gross leasable area of 518,246 ft²[1].
It is located near the Roxbury Mall, which houses Kohl's, ShopRite, Home Depot, Staples, and Linens 'N Things. The mall is located 30 miles northwest of New York City at the intersction of Mary Louise Avenue and Route 10 near Interstate 80. It is owned by Acadia Realty Trust based in White Plains, New York.
