Lede en Oudewaard () is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is a part of the municipality of Neder-Betuwe, and lies about 8 km west of Wageningen.
The statistical area "Lede en Oudewaard", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 120.[1]
