I suggest this article is expanded by merging in diaphragm shutter, using the taxonomy for shutters shown at Talk:diaphragm shutter. Carcharoth 22:49, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

I am all for merging both diaphragm shutter with leaf shutter, as this entry is not very big and it is, after all, a type of leaf shutter. In that case, I would propose we redirect the diaphragm shutter to the appropriate section of the leaf shutter page. Additionally, it may even make sense to merge the resultant leaf shutter article with Diaphragm (optics), no? Severoon 15:09, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
