Construction of the tower has been topped out, and the hotel is due to open in the first quarter of 2006.

Le Meridien She Shan Shanghai - This super-luxury resort boasts fifty-five square-meter rooms, state-of-the-art meeting and leisure facilities, several restaurants, and a stunning location one hour out of the Shanghai city center. The hotel is currently under construction and is due to open in the last quarter of 2005.
