[edit] Why Should I Care?

The Optimist Dinghy is an awesome boat allowing very young children to gain great competence in basic sailing through advanced racing techniques. It is sailed competitively throughout the world. The LBSS provides a safe environment for children to gain experience with this boat and has produced top sailers at all age ranges that compete worldwide.

The Scow is a fast, exciting boat for primarily "flat" waters. Scows range in size from 16 feet to 38 feet in length and single sail to a complete complement of main, jib and spinnaker in the larger classes.
