The coat of arms of the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway, displayed above the entrance to Gipsy Hill railway station.
Sorry it's such a poor quality image. However, you can still make out the cross (top left) representing London, the two dolphins (top right) representing Brighton, the three half-lions/half-ships (bottom left) representing the Cinque Ports, and the star and crescent (bottom right) representing Portsmouth.
