[edit] Hi Law

Um, that's it. Ooh, bad french opportunity. Ca va? Jouer-toi sur wrassle toujours? Proto t c 08:18, 14 January 2006 (UTC)

Sounds like "fun". I can't see it taking off again until wrestling in general has another run of popularity, which will be due in about 2009 (going on it becoming popular every 10 years or so). Proto t c 12:00, 20 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] My RFA

Hey Law, thanks for participating in my RfA discussion. Unfortunately, my fellow Wikipedians have decided at this time that I am not suitable to take on this additional responsibility, as the RfA failed with a result of 66/27/5 (71.0% support). Thanks for your vote, though, dude. Proto t c 10:38, 3 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] External Links on E-Fed page

Hi Lawlore,

It looks like you are one of several people who routinely edit the e-wrestling article here on wiki. I recently added a section on trivia feds, which I fully understand are looked down upon by most of the e-fed community.

I had listed a small, yet diverse group of trivia feds up and running on the web, because they are NEVER included in any online e-fed listing site. They were removed, although I do not know by whom. You had mentioned in the discussion page there that you removed all external links, so I thought you'd be a good person to talk to about it.

Since trivia feds are not recognized by most e-fed listing sites, how would YOU suggest going about providing a way for the reader to find examples of a trivia fed? I purposely avoided listing the fed I run at the top, and made sure to include several different types of trivia feds to provide a more complete resource. I know external links are not meant to advertise, however, that is exactly what an external link ends up doing, even if not intentional. My goal by including trivia feds on the e-wrestling page is two-fold. First, I feel, as do many in the trivia fed world, that they are just as much a part of the "e-wrestling" landscape as RP feds, and others. Secondly, to increase awareness that these feds exist. Who doesn't love trivia?

Anyway, I just wanted to get your opinion. If you get the chance, please shoot me an email at: wwstriviafed@yahoo.com. I'd be interested to see what you think.

Thanks,

Mark
