Lavina Rose Williams born 1978, finished eighth in the fourth season of Australian Idol and an Australian singer. She is the older sister to Australian Idol Series 3 runner-up Emily Williams.

Williams comes from a musically influenced family and started singing at a young age in choirs. Later in high school she was in a band called Ma-V-Elle and enjoyed chart success in New Zealand. Now living in Melbourne, Australia, she is a professional stage performer. In the musical, The Lion King, Williams performs the principal role of Shenzi.
