Lauterecken

Lauterecken is a town and a municipality in the district of Kusel, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is situated on the rivers Glan and Lauter, approx. 20 km north-east of Kusel, and 25 km north-west of Kaiserslautern.

Lauterecken is also the seat of the Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") Lauterecken, which consists of the following Ortsgemeinden ("local municipalities"):
