Laurie Ann Kraus

Laurie Ann Kraus is a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA). She was ordained September 7, 1983.
She is currently the pastor of the Riviera Presbyterian Church in Miami, Florida, which she has served since 1988.
She earned her B.A. degree at Wheaton College, her Master of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary, and holds two earned Doctorates of Ministry degrees, which she earned at Columbia Theological Seminary and the Florida Center for Theological Studies. She served as the Moderator of the Presbytery of Tropical Florida in 2003.
In addition to serving as parish minister, she is on the faculty of the Florida Center for Theological Studies.
She has been a significant advocate in the work toward the ordination of gays and lesbians in the Presbyterian Church (USA).
