Lauren German (born November 29, 1978 in Huntington Beach, California) is an American actress.

Her first acting role was as a "Lovestruck Woman" in Down To You. Since that appearance she has gone on to guest appearances in 7th Heaven and Going to California. She has starred in the TV show Sex, Love & Secrets. Her movie roles include A Walk To Remember (she portrayed Landon's ex-girlfriend Belinda], Simple Lies, and Standing Still. She is currently filming Hostel: Part II. She portrays Beth, one of the lead characters, in the movie.
