Laura Young (born May 22, 1938 – died November 27, 1999) was an American model. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its October 1962 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Pompeo Posar, the first Playmate of his lengthy career at Playboy (though his second Playmate, Jan Roberts, was published first).

Young was a popular Playmate and was a finalist for that year's Playmate of the Year title. The title went to June Cochran.

Laura had worked as a secretary, telephone operator and nurses' aide. She also was a golf enthusiast.

She died of cancer on 27 November 1999.
