Laugharne Castle is a castle in the town of Laugharne in Carmarthenshire, Wales. It is located on the estuary of the River Tâf.

The castle was built by the Normans after 1100 as part of their invasion of Wales. It was seized by Rhys ap Gruffydd in 1189.
