Larry Moseley Bell is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's twenty-first House district, including constituents in Duplin, Sampson and Wayne counties. A retired school superintendent from Clinton, North Carolina, Bell is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his second term in the state House.
