Lawrence Chatmon Little (Born November 2, 1945, in Groveland, Georgia) is a former American football guard who played for the 1967-68 San Diego Chargers and then was traded to the Miami Dolphins in 1969. He was 6-1 and weighed 265 pounds. He went to Bethune-Cookman College.
Little was a key contributor to the success of the Dolphin's punishing running attack of the early and mid 1970's, which featured Larry Csonka, Mercury Morris, and Jim Kiick.
In 1999, he was ranked number 79 on The Sporting News' list of the 100 Greatest Football Players.
Little's younger brother, David Little, was a linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
