[edit] Merge
Is anyone interested in merging the article Bikol language with this article to reduce confusion?23prootie 08:13, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
- No. I just split the articles in order to reduce the confusion. --Chris S. 14:57, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
- OK. but I guess its better to rename the other article into something more specific. How about Northern Bikol?23prootie 20:46, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
- I've decided to halt the merge and moved the other page instead23prootie 20:58, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
I moved the page back. Bikol refers to two things. Bikol usually refers to the standard language and to the languages in Bikol. Northern Bikol is not necessarily the standard language, just the variants spoken in Naga & Legazpi. But not, say, Daet or a part of Albay or Sorsogon. --Chris S. 08:04, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
