Lance Kinsey

Lance Kinsey (born June 13, 1959) is a Canadian actor, best known for his role as Lt. Proctor in several of the Police Academy movies. He was born in Calgary, Alberta.
Kinsey attended MIT in Massachusetts at the age of 17, where he studied acting.
