Lance Bangs

Lance Bangs (born September 4, 1972 in Sacramento, California) is a documentary filmmaker and music video director, who has created videos for Sonic Youth, Nirvana, Green Day, the Arcade Fire, the Shins, Belle & Sebastian, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, R.E.M., Mike Watt, Death Cab for Cutie, Kanye West, and Pavement. He directed the David Cross film Let America Laugh. He has also been involved with Spike Jonze on a number of occasions, recently being one of the cameramen for the Jackass sequel.
Bangs is married to Corin Tucker of Sleater-Kinney and together they have one child, Marshall Tucker-Bangs.
