Isn´t this (i.e. "Lamu District") the same as Lamu Islands? I frankly do not know for sure, but I didn´t think that "Lamu District" also included anything on the mainland. And I´m pretty certain that the whole of Lamu Islands are a part of "Lamu district". Regards, Huldra 01:05, 30 January 2006 (UTC)

Lamu District extends to the mainland and those Islands are only part of it, this can be verified by google hits (for example [1]). Julius Sahara 16:47, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
