Lamoni
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In The Book of Mormon, Lamoni (believed to mean "Lamanite" or "of Laman"; BoM Arabic لاموني Lāmūnī) is a Lamanite king. The missionary Ammon converts him back to the Law of Moses. After this, Lamoni becomes righteous.
There is also a town in Iowa called Lamoni, named after The Book of Mormon king. See Lamoni, Iowa.
