Lamesteer National Wildlife refuge is a small easement refuge of 800 acres (3.23 km²) and is located in eastern Montana in the United States. The refuge is protected to preserve habitat for migratory birds that frequent the Lamesteer Reservoir. The refuge is unstaffed and is managed from Medicine Lake National Wildlife Refuge.
