Lamb marking

Lamb marking is a process applied to the lambs of domestic sheep to assist their likelihood of survival and the quality of their wool in the future.
Typically, lamb marking involves the removal of the lamb's tail. It may also involve mulesing (triangular cuts to the skin around the lamb's anus).
