Lakshmi Panabaka (born 6 October 1958) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. She represents the Nellore constituency of Andhra Pradesh and is a member of the Indian National Congress. She is currently the Minister of State in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
